Usually yes. Sod laid on a bumpy or low yard keeps those problems. We grade first so water runs off and the new lawn sits level.

Bermuda sod roots best in the warm months, roughly late spring through summer. We can grade and prep any time the ground allows.

Our clay soil packs down hard. Aeration pulls plugs so water, air and fertilizer reach the roots, and it is the best time to overseed.
